Dr. Hannah Yeh received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCLA, and her Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, followed directly by a post-graduate residency in Ocular Disease at the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center.
Dr. Yeh started practicing in 2005 as a primary eye care provider in the Los Angeles area, with proficiency in contact lens fitting, treating various conjunctivitis, and assessing for posterior segment pathologies (ie. glaucoma, diabetic retinopathies, macular degeneration and other retinal conditions).
Dr. Yeh's interest in the eye care profession began while witnessing an eye examination to a non-ambulatory nursing home patients from the bedside, which inspired a desire to provide portable eye care in medical missions. In 2004, Dr. Yeh had the privilege of joining a volunteer group to serve an undeveloped area in Chetumal, Mexico, and hopes to have more opportunities in the future.
